Dear Daddy,

Today I painted a rock for you
The colours were bright and I did a heart because I love you.

Dear Daddy,

Last night my tears tainted my face
as I cried because I miss you.

Dear Daddy,

Today I wrote a song for you
I sang it aloud as I thought of my memories of you.

Dear Daddy,

Last night I wrote this poem for you
And screamed aloud as I thought of the future I have without you.
